We currently have a career opportunity for a business immigration Managing Attorney to join our team. This role may be hybrid or remote.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 15-20 professionals focused on the preparation of green card-related applications.
• Manage a high-volume green card practice, including PERM applications, I-140 (EB-1A, NIW, EB-2, EB-3), I-485, I-765, and I-131.
• Work with EIG partner to manage client accounts and serve as a POC for green card-related questions.
• Draft, review, and revise petitions/applications, PERM Labor Certification audit responses, and RFEs for filing with USCIS.
• Lead internal green card-related projects (e.g. team case reports, client PERM pauses, alternate wage source reviews, govt audits, and form/process changes).
• Serve as a trainer, mentor, and supervisor for green card team members.

Job Requirements:

• 8 years of business immigration attorney experience, in a high-volume practice with a focus on PERM.
• Juris Doctor Degree and current license to practice in the US.
• Personnel and client management experience.
• Ability to manage complex case strategies with company contacts and clients.
• Proven record of meeting SLAs for case preparation and client communication.
• Possess exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate visa filings.
• Understanding of nuanced and complex immigration law concepts.
• Solid understanding of case management systems.
